IEJI is a national nonprofit organization where over half of its management and daily operations are overseen by one or more black women. As minority women, we are dismantling generational barriers and creating pathways for the daughters of future generations. Our leadership reflects a modest fraction of black-led organizations within the nonprofit sector. Despite Black-led nonprofits being at the forefront of tackling critical social issues, they receive significantly less funding than their peers. Your support can help bridge this financial disparity and facilitate our ongoing advancement and expansion.
