  • How does IEJI help me find a job?

    Finding a job is the end game but the process that leads to stable employment is where we specialize. We serve as mediators when you have tried everything to find a job like successfully participating in and completing reentry and job readiness training, updating your resume, and interview prep including how to explain your background, but still struggle to find sustainable employment. Our unmatched negotiation and advocacy services go beyond traditional methods to achieve repeated success for our clients.  

  • Do you offer job placement assistance?

    Although IEJI primarily offers employment advocacy and other supportive services, it is our goal to provide supplemental job placement services to our clients who are enrolled in extensive readiness programming. 

  • Do you have a list of companies that hire people with backgrounds?

    No. As a regular business practice, we leverage the relationships within our network of businesses and industry professionals to generate job opportunities.



  • Where is your office located?

    Currently, we do not offer a walk-in address. Instead, IEJI operates from several satellite offices offering virtual services with the option to request an in-person experience. 



  • What are your business hours?

    Our operating hours are as  follows:


    Monday-Thursday, 10:00 am  to 6:00 pm,  Friday:  Appointment only

    Saturday and Sunday-Closed

  • How do I sign up for services?

    All services are delivered using a virtual/remote service model Monday through Thursday during hour normal business hours and by appointment only on Fridays. Our services can be booked through our website or the appointment scheduler at https://impactequitablejusticeinc.setmore.com

  • Who is IEJI services intended for?

    Our advocacy services were created with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when securing employment after prolonged incarceration. We aim to provide support that eases the path to economic security for those who have faced significant barriers to employment.

    We use a "flex office" concept due to its adaptability and cost-effectiveness. This allows us to pass on the savings through the services that we provide.  We are based in Florida but offer services locally and nationallt

  • What is the best way to contact you?

    The majority of our work is conducted in the field, e-mail or live chat is the best way to contact our Business Support Staff. We usually respond within 2 to 3 business days. 



  • Can these strategies be applied to any industry?

    Our Business Solutions Advisors have decades of experience providing equitable workforce solutions to organizations in various industries. However, the approaches may vary. 

  • How does IEJI address liability or negligent hiring concerns?

    Workplace safety is a genuine concern and as a standard business practice safety protocols should be in place and made available to all staff. Based on research, people with backgrounds are no more likely to commit workplace violence than someone without a criminal history. For added assurance, we thoroughly vet our participants and assess for risk factors that lead to offending behaviors. 

  • What is the cost?

  • How do I get started?

    Once a request is submitted, a business services specialist will follow up with you to schedule a meeting to discuss your needs. Afterward, a preliminary project plan is created and submitted for your review. Once the plan is approved, we launch the kickoff and get started right away.
